These terms apply when you buy or download a resource from msalamiclassroom.com. The store is run by Ms Alami, a primary teacher in Sydney, NSW, as a sole trader (ABN 54 587 008 439). By buying or downloading a resource, you agree to these terms.
Your licence
Each resource, free or paid, comes with a licence for one teacher. You may:
- use it with your own students, in your class, school or home
- print and photocopy as many copies as your students need
- share it with your own students on a password-protected platform such as Google Classroom, Seesaw or Canvas
- edit the editable files to suit your students
You may not:
- share the files with other teachers, or put them on a public website, an open shared drive or a resource-sharing site
- sell, resell or give away the files, in whole or in part, including edited versions
- claim the resources as your own work, or use the illustrations, characters or designs on their own
If other teachers would like to use a resource, please send them a link so they can get their own copy. For a whole-school licence, get in touch.
Copyright
The resources, illustrations, characters, logo and text are the copyright of Ms Alami's Classroom. Buying a resource gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the copyright. The fonts included with editable files are free fonts under the SIL Open Font Licence.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are made securely through Stripe. After you pay, you'll see your download page straight away, and we'll email you the link and your receipt.
Downloads
You can download your resources as often as you need, from the link in your email or from My purchases. Files come as PDF, PowerPoint, Word or ZIP files, so you need software that opens them. We recommend keeping a copy on your own computer.
Refunds
See our refund and download policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Accuracy
We check every resource carefully. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we'll fix it and send you the updated file. Prices, menus and products in resources are examples for teaching and may not match real prices.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, if something goes wrong with a resource, we will fix it, replace it or refund it. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
